What is Mojo Mail Portal?
Mojo Mail Portal is your one-stop mail administration, webmail, contacts, and calendaring gateway for both Domain Administrators (DomainAdmin) and email account users (MailUser) to log in and access services.
As a DomainAdmin: add domains, create email accounts (MailUser), aliases, forwarders, sender addresses, domain aliases, relay domains, set up migration, and manage account settings.
As a MailUser: add address books (CardDAV), calendars (CalDAV), server-side filters, vacation auto-responder (out of office), access webmail, and manage personal settings (update password, enable 2FA or MFA).

How do I access Mojo Mail Portal?
Simply visit Mojo Mail Portal and use your credentials assigned to you upon account creation. If you have not configured 2FA, then Normal Login will be the option you should use.
- Your username can be found in your product management area of your Mojo Websites client portal
- Should you forget your password, simply click on "Normal Login" to access the forgotten password link, where you can utilise your recovery email to reset/create a new password.
